The business travel industry is a complex ecosystem, where effective partnerships are critical for future success. Dynamic prices, customer personalization and shifting procurement requirements have all created an evolved buyer/seller relationship. Regardless of role, senior management expects business travel practitioners to create successful, growth-minded and value-based partnerships that help organizations thrive.

This engaging session will identify "in-the-room" use cases and provide attendees with insights they can immediately leverage at the office, all within the context of a "produce more with fewer resources" reality. Topics will help attendees to:

  • Better understand key influences in the buyer/seller relationship
  • More effectively align cultures between partners
  • Identify key metrics for success
  • Focus on value beyond price
  • Leverage new technology to add value
